About a month after rumors surfaced of the singer and Oscar winner selling their mansion, new details about the California property have emerged that are sure to astonish.
The residence features 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms and spans across “approximately 46,000 square feet under roof and 38,000 square feet under air conditioning,”
according to a public listing shared by Mauricio Umansky’s real estate company The Agency. Want even more space? Fear not.
“A separate 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, caretaker house, and two-bedroom guardhouse complement the main residence,” the listing continues,
“while a spacious 12-car garage and parking for 80 vehicles accommodate the most discerning collector.”
And if you’re into fitness, then the indoor sports complex may have you feelin’ so good—with the listing noting the space features basketball and pickleball courts, a gym, boxing ring and sports lounge. You also won’t have to go (good will) hunting to try to find the pool as there’s a massive one on the green grounds.
