Gillian McKeith revealed her fury after she was ‘scammed’ out of hundreds of pounds when she and her daughter Afton thought they bought Taylor Swift tickets.

The TV personality and nutritionist, 64, thought she had purchased tickets for Taylor’s The Eras Tour on 22 July at Wembley Arena.

But it turns out that the person who she had bought the tickets from never actually had access to the in-demand event. 

Gillian and her actress daughter Afton, 24, discovered after attending a glitzy gala in London that they had been swindled by an online scammer.

Sharing a video from the back of a taxi, Gillian said: ‘I just want to say we have a problem – we got scammed.

‘We had thought that we bought Taylor Swift tickets and it turned out the person was lying about having the tickets and just took our money.’

Gillian told followers: ‘And there’s been one excuse after another and they get more fantastic as each day goes on the excuses.’

Afton shared her upset and quipped: ‘We are devastated as we wanted to go to Taylor Swift’s concert on the 22nd June.

‘We thought we had tickets, turns out it was all a facade and a lie just to take our money.

‘Someone we actually knew.’

The Scottish television personality added: ‘Total scam. Please watch out.’

Clearly devastated, Afton added: ‘Now it’s too late to go to her concert, we can’t get a ticket now. It’s sold out.’

Gillian added: ‘We’ve lost all our money and we need to get it back,’ with Afton interjecting: ‘We need to get that money back and we would like to be able to go to Taylor Swift’s concert please.’ 

Afton captioned her clip: ‘Devastated is an understatement. Watch out for Taylor Swift SCAMMERS!!’Have you been scammed out of tickets?’

Her candid clip came just hours after she made sure all eyes were on her as she arrived at the ASA Foundation Glitter Gala in London. 

She appeared to come dressed as a giant pink bow from Hellavagirl as she wrapped herself in the bright fabric. 

Flashing plenty of skin, the star put on a very leggy display in a racy black leotard which she offered a glimpse of underneath the statement bow. 

Gillian completed the outfit with some brown wedged sandals and added a matching pink handbag and pink lip to tie the bizarre look together.  

The star was joined by her daughter Afton who also opted for a very racy ensemble from Nominal London as she posed up a storm in a see through midi dress. 

Afton went braless in the plunging black mesh one-piece which was patterned with silver waves. 

Flaunting her ample cleavage from the front, the actress turned around to reveal her barely-there red string thong as she displayed her bare bottom. 

Afton completed her look with some white strappy heels while her brunette locks were scraped back into a high ponytail. 

The pair joined presenters Kate Garraway and Lizzie Cundy at the yearly event which raises awareness for the Autoimmune Support & Awareness foundation.

Gillian and Afton’s outing comes after the star’s eldest daughter Skylar announced her pregnancy while attending sister Afton’s fashion show in London earlier this month. 

Skylar, 29, who’s expecting her second child, proudly debuted her blossoming bump at the event in a stylish pink dress and tweed cardigan.

The solicitor, who unlike her dietician mother avoids public eye, lovingly cradled her belly while supporting her sister.

Meanwhile her younger sibling put on a very leggy display in a tweed co-ord which boasted a chic blazer and skimpy shorts.

Dancer Afton later showcased her jaw-dropping figure as she took to the catwalk at the St. John’s Wood High Street Festival before commanding even further attention when she dropped into the splits. 

Gillian shares both daughters with her American lawyer husband Howard Magaziner after they met during his studies in her native Scotland. 

Afton has previously claimed that she once had a fling with David and Victoria Beckham’s eldest son Brooklyn. 

The stunner said she dated the now wannabe chef when she was younger – but added she no longer ‘keeps up’ with what he’s doing.

Afton also told how she had an awkward run in with Brooklyn and his wife Nicola Peltz at an LA supermarket.  

She told The Sun: ‘I didn’t watch any of his wedding. I actually don’t keep up with what he does.

‘But I actually bumped into him not so long ago in Los Angeles at my local supermarket – Erewhon – and her as well. It was extremely awkward.

‘You know, they seem good. I wish them the best. I hope they have a really long and happy marriage.’

Their fling was reportedly in between Brooklyn’s relationships with Madison Beer and Chloe Grace Moretz. 

A source told The Star at the time: ‘The romance didn’t last too long but Afton definitely grew feelings for Brooklyn.’
